Bellevue Apartments

Our design fills a gap in the historic Bellevue perimeter block, situated in Hamburg's scenic Outer Alster Lake area. Flanked by listed buildings featuring characteristic projections and recesses, our contemporary apartment building seamlessly integrates with its historical surroundings.

We've meticulously crafted a facade of light-colored limestone, subtly referencing historical elements with natural stone bands. Generous window elements in bronze adorn the building, creating a visually striking contrast.

The penthouse, strategically stepped back with a roof terrace, offers residents a panoramic view of the lake while harmoniously concluding the building's silhouette. Through careful spatial planning, our design mediates between historical context and modern innovation, enhancing the neighborhood's architectural landscape.
